Hi, I'm Destiny Jenkins
I founded The Learning Curve Partners because I knew there was a better way.
After 20+ years as both a Big 4 consultant and a corporate talent leader, I saw the same pattern: leaders needed development that transferred to the job, but the consulting model was broken: too slow, too expensive, and too dependent on junior teams.
At KPMG, I guided 8,000+ employees through culture and talent initiatives in the Tax practice of a Big 4 firm, launching a high-performer retention program that improved engagement and reduced turnover. At Brighthouse Financial, I designed leadership development and onboarding programs during a $7.5B spinoff from MetLife, accelerating employee readiness across 2,000+ employees. At Windstream Communications, I built corporate L&D frameworks during major restructuring, standardizing training nationwide.
I've been the consultant AND the client, and I built this firm to deliver what both sides need. I hold a Master's in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University. And I built this firm to deliver what both sides need.
