Who We Serve & What We Achieve

Who We Serve

We work with organizations navigating leadership-critical transitions, the moments when getting development right isn't optional.

  • Companies scaling, acquiring, or expanding who need their leadership bench ready before the pressure hits, not after
  • Organizations managing post-merger or post-acquisition culture integration where clashing teams and unclear expectations are costing them talent and momentum
  • Mid-market and enterprise organizations in regulated, high-stakes industries where leadership gaps have real operational consequences
  • Government agencies requiring a trusted partner with the credentials, rigor, and discretion the work demands

What We Help You Achieve

  • Leaders who are ready to step up when you need them, not six months from now after another round of training that doesn't stick
  • Faster, smoother integration of teams, cultures, and ways of working after a merger or acquisition
  • A stronger leadership bench across your organization, one that holds up under pressure, not just in a workshop setting
  • Reduced turnover of high performers during the transitions that matter most
  • Development programs that build lasting capability and show up in how your leaders actually perform on the job

Industries:

  • Financial services and fintech (20+ years of experience guiding thousands through enterprise transformation)
  • Consumer & Retail Brands
  • Government agencies (SAM.gov registered)
  • Energy, utilities and telecommunications
  • Certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE)

Is Your Workforce Actually Ready for AI?

Most organizations have already put AI tools in their people's hands. The harder part is getting everyone to use them, and that's where momentum tends to stall. Licenses sit unused while spend keeps climbing, and the productivity you were counting on never quite arrives. In most cases, the real issue is less about the technology than whether your people are set up to work with it, from the leaders setting direction to the managers rethinking how the work gets done.

Before you roll out another AI tool or push for wider adoption of the ones you already have, take ten minutes to find out where you actually stand. The LCP AI Workforce Readiness Scorecard evaluates five dimensions of adoption readiness and tells you specifically where you're solid and where you're not.

What you'll walk away with:

  • A score on each of the five things that drive AI adoption: leadership alignment, employee capability, how AI fits into real workflows, communication and engagement, and how you measure and sustain it
  • An overall readiness level, explained in language you can put to use
  • Specific recommendations for the gaps showing up in your organization
  • A clear sense of what to tackle firstUsed by HR and talent leaders in financial services, telecommunications, energy, and consumer industries.

About 10 minutes. Results show up before you leave the page.

The Challenges You're Facing

What You're Dealing With

  • Scaling, acquiring, or transforming with an unprepared leadership bench
  • Post-merger teams with clashing cultures and no integration strategy
  • Leadership programs where the learning doesn't stick once people are back at their desks
  • Big 4 timelines, fees, and junior staff executing critical work
  • Teams that have access to AI tools but lack fluency, driving up token costs through inefficient, trial-and-error prompting
  • Internal HR or L&D teams stretched too thin to build what you need

What's at Risk

  • Leaders can't execute when it matters most. Transitions stall and competitors gain ground
  • Talent leaves, silos harden, and the value of the deal erodes
  • Budget spent, boxes checked, but no change in how leaders actually perform
  • AI budgets balloon while output stays flat. You're paying for adoption without the fluency that makes it pay off
  • Months pass, invoices pile up, and you're still waiting for impact
  • Strategic initiatives deprioritized or executed without the rigor they require

You need leadership capability that shows up on the job and a partner who does the work, not just sells it. That's where we come in.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Destiny Jenkins

I spent 20+ years working both sides of the table, as a Big 4 consultant and as a corporate talent leader, and I kept seeing the same thing. Leaders needed development that held up on the job, but the traditional consulting model wasn't built to deliver it. It was too slow, too expensive, and too reliant on junior teams learning as they went.

Inside a global professional services firm, I led culture and talent work for more than 8,000 employees. That's also where I did my AI adoption work, building a network of champions and teaching teams how to put the tools to real use instead of simply having access to them. During a $7.5B spinoff, I designed the leadership development that got 2,000+ employees ready for one of the hardest transitions a company can face. And through a major telecommunications restructuring, I built the corporate L&D frameworks that standardized training nationwide.

Having been both the consultant and the client, I know what each side needs, and I built this firm to deliver it. My Master's in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue shapes how I approach every engagement. I build around how people actually learn and change.
